• Inappropriate behavior may result in removal from events and service suspension

8. Limitation of Liability

City Vibes provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. City Vibes reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, illegal activities, or abuse of the service.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these terms will survive termination, including intellectual property rights and limitation of liability clauses.
